Mcdonald's - Slater-Marietta

I placed an order online and it went to the wrong location pulled to the drive thru the guy said come to window to talk to the manager. She says u have to reorder again, I said ok can I pay here she said yes but the other guy never listens or helps her out and proceeds to tell me to go back through the drive thru which is now packed to order one sandwich. This is after she said she said she could take my payment at the window. Horrible horrible customer service.

For a fast food, this location was quick and polite.I ordered nuggets, fries, drink, and the new sauce. They had all of those ready quickly the other locations rarely had the new sauce.

No customer service and window slammed in our face at IT. Also, my daughter and I were sick to our stomach achs all night. That was the only place that we had eaten together all day

Occasionally I just have to have the fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce!

We got there at 8:30 and they said that they were closed.. On the door it says that they close at 11.I am very upset because my daughter wanted McDonalds for a week now and I promised her that she can get it today.
