Bidra med feedbackThis team deserves a raise! I noticed a staff member politely informing three guests in the dining area that it was now drive-thru only. They handled the situation gracefully. Despite the change, the food was still hot and fresh.
I recently moved to this area and have always been a fan of Burger King. I want to recognize the manager at this location. He has been working short-staffed multiple times, often with only another employee handling both the indoor and outdoor windows. He is under a lot of pressure, yet he still manages to get the orders right and apologizes to customers for the wait. Bravo, sir!
I absolutely love the chicken sandwich here! The service was a bit slow on the day I visited, but it seemed like they were understaffed.
So I'm recreating after visiting this facility several times recently. They have 3 stars for two reasons. 1. The food is still good 2. If certain team members are there, your service is good. But if there are other team members, you get a bad, slow service. You only take a car at a time and then make either park in front of the store and bring it out or directly on the board stone through the front door and do the same. Sounds like the manager would have moved more or less.
Ordered on app and wanted to pick up at drive through. Only let one car go past the order stand at a time and then you were supposed to park at the first window and wait for the lady to put her head out and call you to second window...which is great till the guy behind you starts honking and cussing and screaming pull up...and then get the order get back on the highway and missing stuff...feel sorry for bridgette and the team there but not a great experience, especially for what we are used to having...
