Was such a good night, it was so comfortable despite the restrictions and they were very compliant with government guidelines. Our server for the night, Emma, was so kind and energetic and helpful, she was just amazing overall. We all enjoyed our night overall and couldn't ask for better service
My fiend and I were refused entry due to wearing track bottoms, we came back to our house, got changed and when we were finally let in after an ordeal with IDs, I was served some of the worst food I have ever tasted, we stayed for about 20/30 mins and my fiend and I who arrived later were not asked if we wanted a drink or anything, very poor customer service and even worse food 2/10
Even though we had to wait to be seated even though we had booked, I didn’t mind. Then to be told we had to leave at 8:30, 45 mins into our booking. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our drinks. Not once did we receive an apology for the inconvenience caused. As a social media influencer and food blogger I feel I need to express my concerns regarding how unwelcome you made us feel. I could not recommend the blind tiger to anyone. After all this we received an incorrect bill and after it was amended we received to apology. As of now I could not recommend this restaurant to my family and freinds. I hope to revisit The Blind Tiger in the future to give you a second chance but as of now I am deeply disappointed.
