Chick-fil-a - Smithfield

As always the food was delicious and the service was great. This place is always very busy but we ordered, got a table and received our food quickly. As busy as they are you would think the staff would be grumpy and complaining but I didn't seeanyone like this. They were smiling and wanting to take your order. My grandchildren loves Chick-fil-A and they were with me. Ialso would like to mention their packets of ketchup. You just peel the top off. No trying to open those little packets thatyou get at other places. Will definitely try again.

Everybody loves Chick-fil-A. It's something I don't completely understand. I had a salad it was excellent but as usual I left still feeling hungry. And was shocked at the price versus the small amount of food I received. The service is the finest you canfind anywhere for a fast food restaurant. People are usually waiting in line as if they are giving away free food. It neverceases to amaze me. My daughter and grandchildren love it that's why I was there. They claim Chick-fil-A has the best ice creamanywhere. I guess the portion, the price, and the traffic jam is why I have to give you three stars. Yes I will return, mygrandchildren will see to it.

I ate here with my mother tonight and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and nice. The workers were constantly cleaned and it didn't feel like a fast food restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We talked to Kelvin Brown Jr, the GM and he had a welcoming personality. We'll be back in Smithfield next time!!

Love the food here. Their Spicy Chicken Deluxe and lemonade are the best! As busy as this place gets, the service is always great and fast. Dixie C. took our order and the food was ready a couple of minutes later. Love the friendly staff. The food is delicious and gone before I could take a pic. Their happy meals have quality toys for my little one. The cookies are delicious, but tastes even better if you take it home and microwave it for 10 secs. Will definitely be returning again soon.

So I've been coming to this location for a couple months and I have to say the ONLY downside to this location is the parking lot. Lol! Aside from that the employees are fantastic and they always get my order right. Today there were two young ladies working the window and I had some confusion over my salad that I ordered and they quickly swapped out my salad for a different one that fit my dietary needs. They were super busy so I felt horrible, but they were very polite and swift. No hold up to the line! Keep up the great work and thank you!
