Casey's - Smithville

Stopped in for gas. . Went in to get some lottery tickets. Only one person in front of me. Short wait and I was on my way out with My tickets. Everyone working there is so positive and helpful!

Worst gas station in town. Nothing ever works or is in stock. There’s always a problem here. Every single gas pump is out of regular gas. They’re almost always out of tea. Always out of ice hardly ever have coffee impressed. This place is still in business.

Called to order, automated order system was terrible. Tried to put a 3rd pizza on my order because I wanted extra cheese. Then when I arrived I expected pizza to almost be done, only had 10 min left from quoted time. One pizza was just put in oven, second wasn’t even made yet. They were out of one topping I wanted. Cook told me he was new, which was not his fault but he made excuses. Did not seem to be trained very well and no one was helping him. He told me he got another order at same time as mine. Two orders is not much in my opinion considering how busy they could be. He was extremely slow. He didn’t know how to cut the pizza either. The pizzas ended up being the worst we’ve ever had. Entire experience from start to finish was a train wreck. Will never order from this store again. Worst service and pizza ever! The one plus was the two cashiers at front that were very nice, apologetic and tried very hard to make it right. The one star is strictly for them.

I went and ordered pizza I had three other people who ordered before me and had been waiting over 2 hours for there pizza there was three workers who had no idea what was going on. They were making pizzas but had no idea why or for what order. They were cutting pizza on a cutting board then putting it on the table to then put in the pizza box one by one. The pizza also did not look to be done the cheese was not melted all the way and still super white

I love Casey’s pizza, but this store is terrible. The last 3 times I have ordered online and been given an estimated pickup time they have not even started making my pizza and told me there are many orders in front of me. I have tried calling ahead before going to the store but they rarely answer the phone. The staff is constantly out smoking beside the store instead of doing their job. It would take less time to drive to the Casey’s further away than wait on this one. They have just started to make my pizza after the third estimated time they gave me, almost an hour after the original estimated pickup time.
