Provide customer with the best service you can receive.It's a fast food restaurant.People are only asking for their order to be correct. The extra bonus is your courtesy or going above and beyond.This place never has food... or people at the window that can place napkins or sauces in bag.Don't understand!!!!
I door dashed from here after a long day of work where i was in my feet all day and when i got it half of my order was missing, we received no sauce at all, my drinks were wrong, and the items they got correct were cold and soggy. So when i called the worked on the phone, she was so rude told me to come pick up my fries and hung up on me half way through my sentence. And when I got there she slammed the window closed after she gave me my order!
I ordered through the Mobil app to help make ordering easier. But when I got there to pick it up there was a female working the window. She didn’t say a word to me or my boyfriend and when she handed us our food we almost dropped it because we didn’t fully have ahold of it and she let it go. She then proceeded to shut the window on us. And once we got home I realized that we were missing a whole thing of fries and we didn’t receive any sauce which I had ordered.
Food was spoiled, had a soft taco for a 1 year old, she ate a piece and stopped, food smelled spoiled. My mother wouldn’t eat her food either, her food was spoiled.
This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the world. We’ve been 3 times now and have never received any food due to a number of ridiculous reasons. This place should shut down and become something useful for the community. Stay far away and eat at a gas station and save your sanity.
