Domino's Pizza - Snellville

This is the best Domino's I've ever encountered! I've moved around the country multiple times over the past 10 years, and this place consistently impresses. They deliver promptly, and our order has only been incorrect once out of about 40-50 orders! The pizza toppings are always perfectly portioned and lovingly spread over the perfect crust. Thank you, Domino's Wisteria Village! We truly appreciate you—keep it up!

I'm sure this can't happen often, but it's my first time to order from this place and first time in years ordering Dominos everywhere and my pizza and sandwich were burned. Not happy and reminds me why I stopped protecting, but I never burned anything from anywhere. $30 wasted. And let me add that when I called to let them know that my food is burned, the guy rushes me from the phone to redeem the order and send it out. No, thank you, sir, don't send any burned food unless it's required. I doubt you took me some burned dollars to pay. The hurling customers on the phone are the worst. Zero stars

Just hope to get all the items you ordered. I didn't get a salad, no sauces, no cheese and no paprika. We cried and no discounts, no gift cards or no additional items to show how sorry they are. It shows that they don't care about the customer. They brought the missing article 30 minutes later after dinner. No customer service.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive to customers. My food consistently arrives fresh and hot (unless they're really busy). Courtney is always so helpful and takes the time to assist me with what I need, and Lexie is great too! I always request one of them whenever I call. Definitely order from here!

The ordering process was as smooth and easy as always when I placed my order online. Darian, the delivery driver, was very nice and polite; he even brought our food inside and set it on the table for us. However, it seemed like the restaurant was quite busy because my order, which was scheduled for 6:45, arrived at 7:10. I called at 7:00 to inquire about my order, and they informed me that it was waiting for a driver to deliver it. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t hot; it was only slightly warmer than room temperature. I've ordered from this restaurant many times and have always had excellent service, but this experience was disappointing. I choose to order online to schedule a specific delivery time, so the timing issues last night were frustrating.
