Mr. Gyro - Snellville

As soon as I entered the restaurant, a young lady named Shavaun (apologies if I misspelled her name) greeted me warmly. I mentioned that it was my first time there and that I had come based on the online reviews. She was incredibly helpful and provided detailed explanations of the menu items, even suggesting some desserts I should try. Her friendliness made me feel welcomed right away. After taking my name for the order, we had a brief chat about where we were both from. I ordered the Gyro Platter and she informed me that each order is made fresh, which would entail a bit of a wait. I didn’t mind waiting at all, knowing my meal would be hot and freshly prepared! While I waited, I noticed several other customers coming in to pick up their call-in orders and placing new ones. Shavaun was equally friendly and pleasant to everyone. When my order was finally ready, she opened the container to show me my food, and I couldn't contain my excitement! The presentation was impressive, and the portion size was substantial. The platter included gyro meat, Greek potatoes, a full pita, Greek salad, and two containers of tzatziki sauce. Everything was hot and fresh—the meat, potatoes, and pita were perfectly cooked, while the salad was vibrant and crisp. The aroma was simply amazing! Once I got home and prepared to dig in, I realized there was no way I could finish it all in one sitting—a delightful dilemma, as it meant I would have leftovers to enjoy the next day. The gyro was tender and bursting with flavor, the potatoes were well-seasoned, and the warm pita had a delightful soft texture with a slight crisp. The tzatziki sauce went wonderfully with the meal. The food was fantastic, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering from Mr. Gyro again soon. The generous portion I received was definitely worth the price.

I've passed by this place for almost two years and finally discovered it's a hidden gem. The food is delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared, and the staff is very polite. The gyro platter was spot on, and my daughter really enjoyed her gyro too.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! When I first arrived in Georgia to visit my family, they could not stop talking about it. I have to say, it not only met my expectations but far exceeded them! The customer service was incredible; the young lady who assisted us today is the owner's daughter, and her personality and attitude made the experience even better. It’s so special when a staff member remembers your dad just because he rides a motorcycle. Now, let’s talk about the food! It was undoubtedly the best gyro I have ever had, paired with some of the most delicious pita bread I’ve tasted. The baklava is so good that I could easily gain 400 pounds if I had it around all the time! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and I will definitely make it a point to return before I leave!

Really wonderful experience. The food was great and the customer service was excellent. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and care. I enjoyed the food so much. Definetly recommend this location! I ordered the Steak and Chicken Gyro and plain wings, really delish. Family friendly environment.

Delicious food paired with friendly staff. The Gyro was on point, fresh, juicy and not to much sauce. I added grilled onions and peppers which brought it to another level. The Greek potatoes are a must if you want potatoes as your side! The staff was great and informative as well as professional. I wish this was closer to where I live.
