I went in with my husband and our kids for today 's dinner (Saturday- with reservation). There were 3 tables with patrons. We stood for a good 5mins with no host greeting while the male owner talking to his staff 10ft away . Sit down and got our water at 15mins mark. At 30 mins mark, our waitress came took our order and brought the bread basket. We saw other tables have their small plate with butter, oil and balsamic bottles but we were not offered anything. Tried to waive them down multiple times to ask but couldn 't. At 45mins mark, our appetizer came so we managed to ask for oil/vinegar to eat with our bread. Food came. All 4 pasta dishes have tasty sauce but my rigatoni are really really undercooked, not just al dente. We kept seeing the staffs and owner kept checking on other tables and we are the only ones who have never been checked on once. No one asked the typical how was your meal? The whole experience was strange. If the service was bad to everyone else, I can understand but we are the only ones who were completely ignored Worst dining experience I have had and I rarely left bad reviews for restaurants.

Nice place. Good food. Outside seating is comfy and pleasant on a sunny day.

I was at a concert in Snoqualmie. We stopped by for dinner my daughter and myself. Italian sounded great! I've cooked in quite a few Italian restaurants in my life, but I have to tell you that our experience there was fantastic! The food was the best I have ever experienced. The atmosphere was classy but informal. You felt welcome there. Seems to be a family-owned restaurant and they were the ones that waited on our table. I wish so much that that restaurant was down in Oregon where I live. That food was hard to overstate! It was just right and everything about it was good! It was fresh, it was hot, and the flavor made it so I had to eat everything on my plate. Vincenzo did a great job of convincing me that my Italian grandmother is not in the kitchen. My daughter and I agreed that we will find a reason to come back and visit!

We were served by the owner and he was great! Really good service and excellent food.

To the owner…. I appreciate your detailed response. But please know we were NOT offered a table at a later time or the option to wait. The lady at the door told us she could not honor our reservation for the evening and walked away after stating several large parties had just come in. We drove 30 minutes to experience your restaurant that evening and were turned away. If you were behind that evening, a courtesy call would have been helpful. My 1 star stands. …… Very disappointed. We had a 6:00 reservation. Lady stopped us at door saying could not honor our reservation because they allowed a big parties to dine. Affected multiple parties w reservations. Lady was very rude and didn’t care! They could’ve called. They had our number. Will not be back.
