The service at Bojangles has been steadily declining. We've decided to go elsewhere for our food, even if it means traveling a bit farther.

They ordered a sausage biscuit but ended up with a smoked sausage in the cookie without my request. I hope they hire someone with common sense next time!

It's a bojangles. They are fast, reliable, and the food is always good. You can usually bet that any bojangles you come across is going to deliver good service...

The food was quite good overall, although my biscuit was served cold. But I understand they were busy at the time.
