Muzhskoy Monastyr' Krestovaya Pustyn'

A sacred and divine place steeped in history. I visit every year and am pleased to see the ongoing changes—the monastery's grounds are expanding and becoming more beautiful. The number of parishioners and visitors continues to grow. During Christmas, the atmosphere was truly heavenly, with decorations and ornaments adding to the joy. The area transformed and sparkled with light. The monastery is well-placed, situated away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The residents of Solokhoul and neighboring areas have benefited from the presence of the monastery. The natural landscape and the sacred springs enhance this picturesque, ancient site.

The place is fantastic... right next to the baths of St. Panteleimon... be sure to bring your swimsuit and towel... a must-visit!
