Bidra med feedbackThis review echoes the sentiments expressed in many others. The staff tends to ignore customers and service is quite slow. I realize that these are tough times, but it might be beneficial for this establishment to reconsider its management, or even contemplate closing its doors. I appreciate the management's response, but as mentioned in other reviews, nothing seems to change.
Wisconsin cheese curds? They are the best I've ever tasted! The mozzarella sticks are amazing as well, and the bacon is delightful too.
The service was incredibly slow; we waited 30 minutes for our food, and of course, it wasn't correct when it finally arrived. I noticed that four other tables experienced the same delays, and two of them also received the wrong orders.
Every-time we go there they mess up our order no matter what it is. Today I had my boyfriend get me four bean and cheese burritos with no onions and to add sour cream. I was on the phone with him when he ordered to make sure he got it right (I am pregnant) he got home I checked and there were only two burritos with onion and sour cream. He went back and tried fixing the order and she argued with him that we were wrong. SHE READ THE ORDER BACK TO HIM TWICE WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. Whenever I order burritos from there it ALWAYS has been wrong. It also took over 20 minutes to make the food. This was really irritating. The fact that he had to buy TWO more burritos on top of the four we bought because she says he was wrong. EVERY-TIME they mess up and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Stopped taking orders 15 minutes before close. Really just lacking any sense of urgency and customer service. Not entirely sure how this place is still in business to be honest. The little white trash kid working tried kicking us out two minutes before close. The manager calmed us down a little but unless that kid is fired, this place will be out of business in no time.
