Ashurbanipal - Sofia

A real experience. The interior is incredibly cozy, relaxed and welcoming. The food is a must in Sofia. Full taste and massive portions for what you pay. Wonderful place.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Bulgaria. I was often on my trip to Sofia and made sure to get a meal here. The owner is also super friendly. I think this is one of the best meals I had in my life.

Great and authentic food, really tasty and made with love. Prices are reasonable but I can tell the size of the portions is not big. However it is great place to eat and share and try different food with friends. We got the salad and bread on the house.

Best medium-east food I had outside the middle east, especially in Bulgaria. so much authentic. everything we tried (we had the whole menu when we celebrated a birthday party) was just perfect. the prices were attractive and the food was delivered quickly.
