Service here is quick and efficient. The waffles are fantastic, with several fun topping options to choose from, although the selection for savory waffles is quite limited compared to the sweet options. If you’re very hungry and looking for a substantial savory breakfast, this isn’t the place for you. I ordered the "Mother Clucker Truffle Shuffle." The "Mother Clucker" is a chicken and waffles dish with a maple glaze, featuring fried chicken cooked right into the waffle batter. It’s an unconventional twist on the Southern classic, but it works well since all their waffles are designed to be eaten by hand. The "Truffle Shuffle" waffle was drizzled with Nutella and strawberry jam—a flavor combination I love for crepes—so I thoroughly enjoyed it! The waffles themselves were expertly cooked; light and crispy. I also had an autumn-themed latte that was delightful—not overly sweet, although you can add sugar if desired. While I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re extremely hungry and in search of a hearty meal, sharing these waffles with my son left us satisfied. They felt more like dessert than a meal, but if you prefer sweet breakfasts over savory, this is definitely the place for you!

Friendly service, tasty golden milk latte, and northern lights latte. Had the lemon curd waffle, and the Nutella strawberry waffles. Each were delicious and hit the sweet tooth spot for the day. The added highlight is you can enjoy your goodies on their train, or take it to go. We enjoyed the train. Quaint and clean.

Long wait (35 to 40mins) for mediocre food. Portion of chicken bits in the waffle were small. No utensils were available. They said it's intended to be eaten with hands, but having the option for a fork or something would have been nice. Coffee took just as long as food to arrive.Nice concept in a train cart.
