Friendly service, tasty golden milk latte, and northern lights latte. Had the lemon curd waffle, and the Nutella strawberry waffles. Each were delicious and hit the sweet tooth spot for the day. The added highlight is you can enjoy your goodies on their train, or take it to go. We enjoyed the train. Quaint and clean.

Long wait (35 to 40mins) for mediocre food. Portion of chicken bits in the waffle were small. No utensils were available. They said it's intended to be eaten with hands, but having the option for a fork or something would have been nice. Coffee took just as long as food to arrive.Nice concept in a train cart.

We had a great visit tried the maple latte and the chicken waffle, both delicious. The seating in the train car was comfortable even up topin the loft!

This is such a cool spot! We drove down from Anchorage last fall just to come here and right after we ordered the power went out. They refunded us, but I wasn’t able to make it back until recently and was excited to finally try the shakin’ bacon waffle (pictured, but I ate most of it first). It did not disappoint! I ordered it gluten free I have celiac and had no issues with this order. I also got a firebox freeze and it was a perfect addition to the waffle.

Awful service. No coordination. People around us came in after us, ate, and left before we were even served our drinks. In fact, our DRINKS came 55 minutes after ordering with the waffles nowhere in sight. A table of 4 women across from us came in, ate, then went up to the front and got to go orders before we even got our drinks. Then I get a sorry we had a big order before you . No, you didn 't. You 're just incredibly unorganized. I went to the counter 3 times and emphasized that we needed to get going. I didn 't want to be rude but come on. I got a 5 more minutes until finally my partner got up and walked out snd I started to walk out and then our orders were magically ready. Taste is great, concept is good, but I 'm sorry we were seconds from walking out because of the BS service and disorganization. You can have the best food in the world, but if you don 't get it out to your customer in a somewhat decent time, it doesn 't matter. Total time elapsed for WAFFLES: 1 hour 15 minutes.
