The Porterhouse Grill - Soldotna

Cheap menu, good food, simple menu, cleaned up the place but could use a little bit more, parking lot rough.

Ordered the 28oz Porterhouse and shared it with my daughter. It melted on our mouth and we could cut it with a butter knife.

All of the steaks at this restaurant are sourced from Carrs in Anchorage. The steaks are mostly fair, but some are poorly cooked - ranging from well done on one end to purple on the other. The service, however, is above average.

Do not waste your money eating here. This restaurant is one of the worst I have ever been to. The food was a 2 out of 10 - the steak was overcooked and the vegetables were raw. The service was a 4 and the atmosphere was a 3. I recommend eating somewhere else.

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding and the service is exceptional. This is the best dining experience we have had in all of southern Alaska without a doubt! The price is definitely worth it.
