I recently had the pleasure of dining at fuego, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. I highly recommend trying Nikkei lamb ribs to anyone who appreciates a unique and flavorful culinary experience. .
El sabor de los platillos está muy rico pero le hace falta Mucha variedad en sus platillos tuvimos que repetir comida 4 veces por el tiempo que estuvimos alojados. El tema con las bebidas en este hotel siempre es el mismo , les hace falta mezclarlas bien . Tampoco está decorado al tema del restaurante , se ve muy sencillo .

I recently dined at Fuego restaurant, and my overall experience was a 4-star one. The highlights of the meal were the SALMON CEVICHE CAUSA, which was simply amazing and packed with flavor. The PERUVIAN TENDERLOIN ANTICUCHOS also had good flavor, although it was slightly overcooked. However, I was a bit disappointed with the NIKKEI LAMB RIB, as it was quite overcooked. On the other hand, the Grilled SEA BASS TACU TACU was perfectly cooked but lacked seasoning inside. I must admit that the desserts were not up to par with the rest of the meal. In summary, Fuego offers a promising dining experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of consistency and dessert offerings.
