Bidra med feedbackI recently visited Nando's in Solihull with my family. My grandson wanted a burger, but cannot eat chicken, so he opted for the veggie patty instead. I inquired if he could have it in a burger, but was told that it was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could buy a bun or some bread separately for his meal, but was informed that this was not an option. It is absolutely ridiculous that they could not accommodate a little boy by allowing me to purchase an extra piece of bread so he could have a burger. Additionally, the foam seats we were sat on had large chunks ripped out of them. Nando's needs to improve their customer service. They have lost my business.
We were in the town centre and decided we would go here. The place was reasonably busy. We were shown to a table and went up and ordered our food. I had the new dish which was the chips which had chicken and sauce on which was quite nice. It is I think classed as a side dish however the dish was quite big and could be a main. Overall the staff were friendly, the place seemed clean. The food was good as was the bottomless drinks. It is worth going here, but can get busy so booking at times might be advised
I came here for lunch with my 4 month old son and the service was honestly exceptional! The staff and the manager went out of their way to make sure that this was a great visit! We both have allergies (he is currently exclusively breast fed) and the ordering process was very thorough, reassuring and supportive. The food was, as expected, delicious and the restaurant was spacious and clean. Service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back!
Came here with my youngest daughter for afternoon lunch. My daughter is a Vegan and they have a great choice for her. I prefer the chicken with coleslaw and chips which is extremely delicious. The staff are always very helpful and the food is consistently excellent. I absolutely love this place and will always be a fan summary 10/10
My seat was held together by white tape which was a bit concerning but we proceeded to order. Bad signal and zero Wi-Fi meant it took us a while to place our order. I ordered a pitta and drink and it arrived within 5minutes. My husbands food arrived once I had finished my meal. There was only 3 other tables occupied so I can’t even give them the benefit of the doubt for the busyness of the restaurant. I put my plate to the side for collection and the young lad who delivered the other meal, didn’t even take my finished plate away. Service was average at best and while we were waiting for the second meal there was actually a member of staff in the grill area, leaning against the counter on his phone.. no wonder the delay! No one came to check if the food was okay etc so once we had eaten we swiftly left the restaurant. Still in love with nandos but sadly won’t be rushing back to this one.
