Shirley Kebab House - Solihull

I won't go anywhere else for a kebab. The new special, now called the Shirley K Special is brilliant! Not for the faint of heart mind you... it's a lot of food. Too nice for me to share but a more generous person might be able to feed another person with it... The meat is good, fat-free lamb, freshly cooked on a skewer over a grill, good quality chicken, freshly baked, handmade naan. I drive 25 minutes to get it rather than order delivery.

Staff are abrupt and rude. order was wrong and when you call back to ask for then to make it right they blame you for not being clear. sub standard food. extra charges for sauce on chips etc. total RIP off, unhygienic and should be avoided.

After using Shirley kebab House since 1989 traveling many miles over the years to get my guilty pleasure it will be the last visit I make 15/01/2022 the quality of the chicken (all bone) is as bad as other kebab Houses the kebabs are now not worth the money including the salad and sauces that I've always had separate now have been scaled back and £10 for a new special to jump from £8.50 (already over priced for the size quality which has dropped since lock down 1) I could visit a local premises closer to home 11 miles actually and receive nicer and hotter food, unfortunately SKH has over priced it self hence why at 22.30 there were no other customers where before we would have to wait to order and call back 30 mins later Shame on you SKH over priced and now no loyalty to your old customers.

Probably some of the best chicken kebab you'll ever have ngl (we'll in my opinion) not the cheapest but still quite good value for what you receive

Check your order before leaving. They leave stuff out. £35 order for home. Some missing. Quick phone call to ask if they can deliver it as people without food to be told no drivers, come and collect it. Went to collect it . . . Can we get you anything else for free How about the other £30 of stuff at home getting cold !!! Jokers. Would give a zero if possible. Yeah, I 'm pissed off.
