Zur schonen Aussicht Schloss Burg

Disrespectful and no service !!! We waited to order our food for half an hour and ask many times if we could please place in an order. Each time we were told that they will come in a manner that we are bothering them and not welcomed as a paying customer. Finally we walked out without ordering food and no one really cares.

Horrible service, staff extremely rude. The middle aged guy attending the outer courtyard needs to find another job. We simply left the place.

If you get a table at the window, then you have a wonderful view of the Wupper and the forests of the surroundings. The interior of the restaurant is rather outdated, but has a certain charm. The service is very friendly and fast. You're feeling good as a guest. The food comes after a short waiting time and you can't criticize the quality, if you consider that the meals on the menu are quite inexpensive. They don't have a website.

We stopped by for coffee and cake, both of which were excellent and reasonably priced. It was a quiet wet day, I have been to Schloss Burg previously in better weather and you couldn't get near this café!

Staff is too cranky to help you. As if it was a special service to us, we were finaly asked what we wanted. The coffee was disgusting. Must have been on the stove for hours. The 'freshly made ' waffel arrived in 1 second and looked as if it was left over from breakfast. What rude people and bad service. On such a nice location.... skip it!!!
