Clean Slate Wine - SOLVANG

After being in quarantine for over 5 months, I drove all the way up to Solvang from Chino Hills to escape for a while with my boyfriend. I was hesitant in wanting to partake in any patio experience due to having to take my mask off, however, the way in which this beautiful wine bar has set up their patio makes their guest feel very comfortable. We were greeted by Jason and he presented us with a menu along with a list of their wines. He took the time to get an idea of what our likings were and explained that he would try his best to meet our wants. We ordered a flight of wine and with each new wine Jason brought out he would take a moment to provide us with a little history about the bottle, the grapes, and the person who created the wine. When I got to our 4th wine, this wine was not my favorite taste. Jason without hesitation provided me with another option without it counting as one of my flights. If I could provide this amazing Wine Bar with more than just 5 stars I would. Jason's professionalism and attention to detail was superb. Especially during COVID restrictions and regulations, he ensured that his customers felt safe and protected. Our seats were separated within the 6 ft requirement and every table had its own hand sanitizer. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I cant wait until I am able to travel to Solvang again to enjoy another glass of wine.

The people and food were amazing. Had the daily special of the red beans and rice ????with corn bread and it was mouthwatering. Traveled to visit Solvang to explore the city and this place was a slice of heaven I didn't know I needed. It's worth a stop.

First of all, shout out to Nina (NINE-uh , Hannah, and Katie (no photo with her: for taking great...no, AMAZING care of my wifey and I during our lovely honeymoon dinner. Drinks and food were great! We will definitely be back, and we definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone who comes to visit Solvang! Also, shout out to the couple that treated us to a lovely bottle of wine! Love wins and spreads wherever you go ????

Absolutely amazing and really cozy. I had the tonight's special, enjoy it. The staff was very kind and helpful with pairing wines. Highly recommended

WOW! I popped in for a quick bite and am blown away at how delicious everything is. I had the red beans and rice as well as the PB&J crostini (pimento, bacon, and pepper jelly). Amazing!!
