Texas Roadhouse - Somerset

The food is excellent and the service is fantastic every time we visit.

The chopped steak is fantastic! It’s located in a vibrant and bustling area. The tea is always fresh, and even the coffee is made fresh every time you order. If you want to ensure you have a seat when you arrive, good luck! This is the busiest location we've ever visited. The staff is efficient and serves guests quickly, but you should still expect a line outside. I recommend arriving before they open, but you’ll likely face a wait then too. We saw people waiting outside for over two hours before the doors opened! If the food wasn’t this good, they wouldn’t be willing to wait. It’s excellent, but this area really could use another restaurant!

This restaurant is always a fantastic place to dine. The food is consistently excellent. However, I did have one disappointing experience: I purchased two bottles of steak sauce, but when I got home, I discovered that one of them was half full and had been previously opened.

Despite arrival 2 hours before closing, and registration by phone and it said the waiting period was 35 to 45 minutes, after 20 minutes waiting in the car, and noticed that the parking was empty, we went in and were sitting immediately. Service was sufficient as the servers were apparently in closing mode. They told us that they ran out of several menu items, no one influenced our selection. The foods arrived relatively timely and were prepared on request. Our server was very attentive and polite, given the time of night, and refreshed my drink once, although my friend had to ask for one before we left. I gave it to daytime. Overall, it was all the other as good as I expected from Texas Roadhouse.

Can't say enough good about this place. Our server was Matt who gave us the best service we've ever had anywhere. At least 2 other servers asked if we needed anything how was everything. The place was busy too . Facility was clean. We had the prime rib it was delicious cooked exactly as we ordered. The food was hot Matt provided me with water to go. Highly recommend this restaurant we will request Matt our next visit.
