Bidra med feedbackAs for the bathroom, it was not great but certainly could be worse—think KFC. You need to be buzzed in to access it, and the bathroom experience here is unlike any other, except perhaps those in other chain restaurants. I once visited a jail that offered an ‘Open Public Tour,’ and I was informed that during regular operations, visitors could come and go from the visitor area as long as it was within the allowed hours. That was some years ago, but it stuck with me. In a world of identical Dunkin’ locations—where this review could apply to literally every single one (just to clarify, I’m talking about four different Dunkin’s in the Boston area because they are all the same)—I found it easier to use the bathroom as a visitor to a jail in Idaho than to get the attention of the cashier here. To their credit, the cashier was busy attending to other customers, and I didn’t want to be rude, but I really had to go! The food is lackluster—bland and unnutritious it’s more about texture than flavor. Union Square Doughnuts is just four blocks away and offers far superior baked goods. There’s a palpable sense of mass production; it feels as if human hands barely touched the items, and there's no love or passion evident in their creation. Everything here feels purely transactional. You come in knowing the food won’t be great, yet you don’t really think about why you’ve chosen to be there. You find yourself at this chain despite already being aware of the uniformity and lack of quality. If you find yourself defending Dunkin’—saying you enjoy the sameness, the bland flavors, the low quality, and the poor pay—ask yourself whether your defense is helping or harming you. Is it benefitting or hurting others? Do you even care? Why or why not? What experiences led you to this point? What dreams have you set aside to become so complacent and comfortable in this mediocrity? Despite all this, I’ll give it 5 stars for the friendly staff and the smiles—and, of course, the doughnuts! Yummy!
This branch is amazing! The Indian gentleman who served us was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. I left with a huge smile on my face. The service was fantastic! I loved this place; it’s definitely one of the best branches I've been to.
I visit this place very often because I'm on the way to work or home, but the service and the workers are terrible! they have no maniacs and the worst of all they don't care! pity to the owners that they don't act on this matter, can they get nothing really sad? very sad!
The experience at this restaurant can be hit or miss. It's generally decent, but I wouldn’t rave about it. Today, however, was not great. I placed an order for a drink and a breakfast sandwich, and after 9 minutes of waiting, I noticed my order wasn’t ready. This was surprising since the only other customers had already finished their meals. When I inquired, I was told they couldn't make my sandwich because their equipment wasn't working. I asked for a refund instead, but the staff member insisted I should do it through the app. I explained that I couldn't remove items from my order once it was placed. She suggested I come back the next day for my sandwich, which was not a solution for me. After some back and forth, she said she would prepare my sandwich, but it would take a few more minutes. It turned out they weren’t being truthful about their equipment and only made my sandwich because they didn’t know how to process a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Great location greater service only problem were the outlets for charging your mobile device to plot a review for popularity from the public.
