La Salamandre - Sorède

Our hotel recommended us this restaurant... and what a great recommendation has it been! The place is located near the center of the village. We were lucky to have a table on the terrasse. The staff is nice. The food quality is amazing, a real hommage to the tradition of French cuisine. Everything we ate was perfectly presented, generous, tasty and a real pleasure. Definitely a place I recommend!

L'ambiance est agréable, la terrasse est bien aménagée. Le repas est correct mais pas gastronomique. Le seul point négatif est que les plats étaient très brûlants et très poivrés dans mon assiette, ce qui rendait la dégustation impossible ... Dommage. J'aurais apprécié un retour du chef.

Nous avons fait une très belle découverte dans ce petit restaurant situé sur une petite place juste à côté de leur salle principale. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, le personnel était prévenant et sympathique. Félicitations au chef car les plats étaient excellents et les saveurs étaient parfaitement équilibrées.
