Arby's - South Bend

I was here a few months to see if they were working the Jamocha shake machine - still from service- ordered an salat and they gave me a chicken sandwich- handed over the order back and they said they had no salate to pay my money back. will not go back

So sick and tired of these fast food places not being sympathetic to hungry truck drivers who can't fit in the drive through. It's been almost 2 years since the pandemic closed restaurant lobbies, we should have something figured out by now for vehicles that can't use the drive through

Drive thru was fast enough. Sliders were very good.

I showed up at 745 sign says closes at 8 no one would talk to me on drive through speaker and looked like someone was in parking lot waiting to leave already.

Call them customer service about missing items, etc. hopefully it is made right
