Bru Burger South Bend

Excellent black bean burgers, frits and Valencia salad. Luckily they turned the music down when we came in, and we asked for a quieter table. The food was excellent and the service was incredible. Come on!

It took 3 hours for our visit. Our server, while it was pleasant, had difficulty operating the table. She lost the order of our table and asked for our decisions. It was obvious that she had not been trained to treat this kind of job. The waiting staff could not bring records when appetizers were served. We had to constantly ask where our drinks were. The restaurant was not busy until we left, with a number of open tables. The manager calculated the food bill.

The food was delicious and Sierra was a good server, but the last music made our business talks difficult.

The salad and the sandwich were good and Makayla was a good server.

Very friendly staff and cold drinks with a variety of beer options. Appetizers were fabulous. Like everywhere else in 2023, prices have increased so it makes it more and more difficult to go out to dinner on a week night with no special occassion. Bru Burgers everywhere are great!
