Bidra med feedbackThe food was good and fresh, but the staff came across as quite rude and seemed unsure of what they were doing. We had to go back to request the rest of our order because they hadn’t given us everything we had asked for, and their response made it feel like it was our fault. While we were eating, we also noticed that the service for the next customer was even worse. It’s concerning when you ask a question and the staff responds with “I don’t know” while shrugging their shoulders. Overall, the service needs improvement.
My wife just picked up a 7-piece crispy chicken meal with biscuits, two orders of mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, there was no coleslaw included, and we didn’t receive a receipt in the bag. To make matters worse, the chicken was burnt and tasted rancid, likely due to the oil not being changed in a long time. Overall, the food was inedible.
Ordered a chicken strip meal, 1 spicy chicken Mac n cheese bowl, and 1 regular famous bowl. Was told there would be a 6 minute wait on the chicken strips then we got to the window, paid, and were told to pull ahead and wait?no biggy. 22 minutes later, aman steps out and asked my sister and I if we were waiting on something?Yes, our food. 7 more minutes to by, our food comes out.Everything is right but the Spicy Chicken Mac N Cheese bowl. I go inside, no one is around. I stand there about 2-3 minutesuntil a woman comes out. I tell her this is regular chicken and not spicy. Instead of making it right, she takes it, and layersabout an inch or more of some type of hot sauce then hands it back. Not only was it inedible due to the amount of sauce, but herlack of care for the food or customer service or the time it took didn?t help. I?m a server, have been since 2010 and this wholeexperience was unacceptable no matter fast food or sit down restaurant. ?T? needs to be re-trained or find a new line of work.Wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. Picture attached to see the disgusting mess she made of my food. Side note, the placewas dead and it was about 8pm when the whole thing started.
Shout out to the best KFC. One of the ladies at the drive-thru saw me bite in to a bad fry while waiting on my honey and hot sauce. I quickly spit it out and didn't know she was there. She saw and I apologized. When I parked in the lot. She came outwith a fresh bag of fries. I didn't even have to ask. Great customer service!
I believe it could have been a 5-star experience if they had replaced the oil in their fryers. I understand that things can get busy and mistakes happen. I'll definitely return, as the staff was friendly too.
