I guess the 1 star says it all. I 've never experienced anything like it in my Life!! My sister and brother in law had their wedding reception there, the staff were sooo rude all apart from the chef who tried his up most best to make the day for them. They ran out of almost all drinks, within a couple of hours of us being there! I 'd say the staff were more drunk than the actual guests. The landlady being polite here calling her a lady used the most disgusting language to my sister the bride it was appalling. Threatening and aggressive behaviour in front of children and kicking everyone out at 9 clock I 've heard the family have done a so called MID night flit....... I 'd say good riddens barnsley will be a better place without them!! The Pack Horse staff the management especially ruined what should of been the happiest day of my sister 's Life!! It would of made a great story line on Emmerdale though..... You couldn 't of made this up honestly I still can 't get over how we were all treated that day! Disgusting doesn 't even come close!!

Personally I think it's great, haven't been in since you took over but it's nice to know I'm no longer barred, put some ale in pumps I've got a wedding coming up, heard great reviews about your receptions, cheers guys all the best

Can't give 0 star so will have to reluctantly give a 1. Aggressive staff, customer service very poor wouldn't bother going.
