Bidra med feedbackI had a pretty big order when I went through the drive thru, but they didn't forget anything! Even to sauces. And honestly, the manager who worked was also super nice and apologized for waiting. (It was not her fault, they gave me hot food at a reasonable time)
Went through the drive thru and my order was taken correctly but when I gave the lady the coupon for my daughter's happy meal. The lady had change items on my order. And didn't take my coupon off
Fries were like warm. Our order was wrong supposed to have no lettuce but it did. Don't bother with the jalapeno cheese poppers, they are awful. Giving 3 starts because service was good and crew was really nice. Food needs improvement.
They are open. Got what I asked for. The cashier with either doesn't know how to count. Or has a need for your money. I waited while she fooled around with the money, putting it on the far side of register. I couldn't see. She shorted me 2 dollars. I could see she would deny. I went to next window. They dont really talk to you. She gave me a bag. And moved quickly away from the window. She was calling a name n had her back to me. I said hello. Excuse me. Can I get you here. Nope, no answer. Back still to me. I waited a few seconds. Hello. ?? Nope. So I left, wont be back. And this is right on a busy street. Masks were worn, but food handlers no gloves. Need to protect from Covid 19.
I found a mosquito in my food! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and a large order of fries. Instead, I received fries with a dead mosquito and a spicy chicken sandwich loaded with extra mayo! This was not a pleasant experience, and I definitely do not recommend this Burger King at all!
