I've never been mad at the quality of the food itself, but this place has to stop providing curbsid pickup if they have no intention of ever bringing it out. I would also recommend checking your togo order before leaving because 9 times from 10 they leave a product.
20 minutes for drink order and an hour waiting for food that was cold. Service was really bad but the manager was very polite and understanding. The staff carried dirty trays that dripped all over our newborn baby and we had to stir hot coffee with our fingers. If it weren't for the manager I would not return
We were there mid afternoon, it wasn?t busy. Service was a bit slow. The onion rings were awful texturally (the breading was doughy) and smelled like they were fried in the same oil as they use for their fried seafood. My sandwich was ok, but had yellow onion instead of the red onion that was advertised (yes, there is a flavor difference). The server was pleasant.
Good food when I was there in person. But when I order on doordash it was horrible. But they fixed it.
Placed pickup order at 6:36pm for 7:10pm pickup. Arrived called at 7:08. Did not receive food until 8:09pm. The servers were polite apologetic however after one hour of sitting in the parking lot the burger was on the wrong type of bread (I was not informed of any sort of supply issue beforehand), the potato pancake was an absolute tiny, burnt crisp and the egg a mushy mess. Management needs to step up their game if they want continuing business. I understand staff shortages currently, but c 'mon guys atleast have quality in what you do serve.
