Kfc - South Charleston

The lobby was closed. I sat and waited 20 minutes for my food from the drive-thru. I had the new chicken sandwich and it was fresh and hot, but bland. My daughter loved the strips.

Food was delicious and was actually warm when I got it home.

They are some of the nicest people that work there and even when they are understaffed they still serve with a smile on their face and I really appreciate their hard work. I always have a good experience.

I liked the place. Good food, nice hospitality, and quite fast service. They even gave us one complementary dish for being slightly late, thats sweet of them. I apreciate that.

Stopped in here a few weeks back.. the team work was phenomenal.. was impressed, left there feeling good. Food was good. Store was clean . Employees were awesome.
