Friendly Pizza - South Dartmouth

I've been here for years. original owner was great. since new owners took over, the service is on the hill. we asked for a cup of water when we ordered our drinks and eat and the server refused and said that it was not allowed. that they water for sale for 1.50 ea. are you sweating? we are appalled that a public restaurant refused to give us a glass of water. we are a paying customer. it wasn't just us. it was to everyone who asked for a glass of water! how ridiculous. we've never heard of that. then we asked our server for a cup of ice, and they gave it to us! the same water for which they refused to give is a cup of water? So we had to go to the restroom to get water. denise, one of the owners was consulted, we asked them why we could not get the glass water that we had to pay 1.50 per bottle of water. but it was okay to give us ice from the same water source? I said we were a paying customer and she didn't care and went away! I had never experienced in my life this unheard of rude, rohem behavior. it's bad. because we've been there for years. we will never walk on this place again.

Often I order a pizza with extra topping, pay for them when I come home I notice that they don't give me extra topping, the reason why I'm extra toppings because they don't bump much on the pizza, not like they did years ago, the quality has gone unheurely down.

I keep trying to like your pizza, because its close. I am disappointed every time...every. guess I 'll travel a little further. I belive the issue is a combination of things. Your crust is the first issue..it does not appear nor taste fresh. I look forward to pizza bones..not yours. My attempts are always the same. Small meatball mushroom..your topping are scarce there is never enough sauce. Once this pizza gets cold..its not worth the reheat...disappointed no more..

Delicious pizza! Fast service! Its a cash only place but they have an ATM.
