Bidra med feedbackI had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The staff, including the managers, were incredibly rude and even threw my card back at me. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to present my coupon code.
Earlier tonight at 5:15, I attempted to place an order, using the coupon codes provided on my tablet, hoping they would work. I even tried to order in advance since it was a large order. However, the staff insisted on processing the coupon code I had, despite my efforts to provide the correct information to the manager, who seemed unaware of basic customer service principles. He insisted that I needed a printout of the code, and when the app wouldn't function properly, I struggled to retrieve the code on my computer. Even then, he refused to accept it. Frustrated by his poor attitude, I ended up canceling the order. His disrespectful behavior was uncalled for, and when I politely asked for my card back, he tossed it back at me. As someone who values good customer service, I found this experience really disappointing. I won't be returning.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, just like you'd expect from a BK, but this location definitely needs some renovations. It's also disappointing that the women's restroom is often closed, forcing me to search the plaza for another option.
This place knows how to take care of their customers. Consistent with a very inviting demeanor. The food is quite expensive, regularly delicious and neat.
Excellent service. They're the best fast food joint on the cape. They've yet to mess up my order.
