Potbelly Sandwich Works - South Elgin

I occasionally go to Potbelly. The food is always pretty good. This visit was excellent. The girls who prepared the sandwiches made an excellent job. Many ingredients and well made. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Go on.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I ordered sandwiches for an event, gave them the wrong address (all my fault) and they still went out of the way to make it happen. My event was a success, the food was excellent and customer service was beyond outstanding. #1 on my list!

My kids absolutely love their shakes! They’re rated higher than anywhere else.

This restaurant offers fresh sandwiches with great food. The staff is always friendly, and the place is well-maintained. Kids receive large sandwiches and often take half of it to school for later. The shakes are quite tasty, and the brownie cookies are our favorites. It's conveniently located near Panda, right before Best Buy. Overall, the food is excellent, and the restaurant is clean.
