Horrible , horrible , horrible ! Management is extremely rude and they do not care about the service they provide especially if you are a minority ! They treat their customers like dirt off the street ! The manager always acts busy and does not want to get on the phone , I would never eat here again if give these people my money !
I walk to this Dunkin every time I spend time back in town. Everyone smiling prompt courteous and friendly. Order prepared quickly and correctly. Place is always clean, great group of people that make you feel welcome!
0/0 do NOT recommend. Will also be filing a complaint with corporate. This was the most unacceptable experience I have had. I was doordashing, says go inside. Went to do so, all the doors are locked but there are two people just using WiFi at the tables and then one customer ordering. So I go and pound on the door bc the drive thru line has one car in front of me for over ten minutes just sitting there idle. When I ask if there is a certain time doors close or how they accept door dashes etc. they said no we locked all the doors bc we are busy. I don’t know what their definition of busy is but I think the correct term would be they are just lazy. It’s a bunch of younger kids and the someone else had to knock on the door just for sprinkles, so apparently they aren’t even making the orders correctly. Manager was Darlene so they say and wasn’t present. Honestly just get a new crew, no one had any type of customer service or accountability and no one wanted to be there.
Stood in line for awhile. Then zero eye contact, zero hello, Nothing... just stood there awkwardly waiting. So RUDE! I WALKED OUT. Why bother!???
