Nothing Bundt Cakes - South Euclid

So I'd seen this place and knew people that had been there but I'd never tried. I'm home recuperating from surgery and my daughter bought me an individual bundtlet. I AM HOOKED!!! I usually don't eat anyone else's Bundt/pound cake because I am obsessed with the ones my Mother makes. I had the classic vanilla and it was so delicious! It was so moist and the icing was just enough, as I usually don't do icing. According to their website there are other flavors and I want to try them, but I'm sending my daughter back for another classic vanilla today. I can't wait until I'm able to visit the store in person.

My ENTIRE SERVICE from the start was horrible. I initially came in the store to purchase and they urged me to just go online instead. WOW…… guess I had too many questions for them. I finally ordered online…..When I went to pick up I was there at 5:20pm Store closed at 5pm as I thought it closed at 6pm….the staff were still there cleaning. Would not allow me in to pick up my cake, my tinis and balloons for my husbands surprise birthday party that day. I had to spend more money to purchase another cake else where. The store also, DID NOT call concerning my cake before they closed. When I called today regarding the cake a female by the name of Leslie stated that they normally call as a standard service, but no one called he. NO ONE AT ALL. Leslie advised that they would not be refunding my account back, and would not offer a store credit for what I purchased that was $150. Wasted and ruined what we had planned for the party. Leslie also hung the phone up on my face when I asked her for your company’s Corporate Phone Number! I am very upset and this needs to be rectified.

I have yet to attend this establishment, but do to the actions of managerial representatives from this company I will never attend.While at a public Cafe multiple representatives from this company were having a conference call with management from one of their locations, this should have been done privately, they had it on speaker phone. They went on to discuss how they want to handle employees, where I quote We need to aggressively hire and aggressively fire... was used to help expand their work force. I 'd have preferred to enjoy my coffee in peace instead of listening to a 20+ minute conversation from people that don 't understand how to run a business.

Their bunt cakes are very good. The have many sizes, and are great for a small desert or a party (depending on size). The staff at the store are very nice.
