Daisy's Coffee Shop

Over from Australia and staying in the area, I have really enjoyed the friendly staff and simple, but great food and coffee. A lovely buzz when busy and relaxing when quiet. Thank you Jo and team for the experience.

My second visit to this coffee shop was disappointing once again. Despite it being a simple order of coffee and a quick bite to eat, the staff were still surly, rude, and condescending. The place is never more than a quarter full, and it's no surprise given the poor customer service. I don't expect high-end service like the Ritz, but basic pleasantries would be appreciated. During my last visit with my family of four for breakfast, they even forgot one of our orders. It's the basics that seem to be lacking here.

The coffee and food at this restaurant are excellent. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean, following all guidelines. They also offer discounts if you bring your own coffee cup.

I had my car in for maintenance at a local business and decided to visit Daisy's Coffee Shop while I waited. The staff there took great care of me at various times throughout the day. It was a pleasure to support their business, especially during lunchtime when it was bustling. I recommend Daisy's for light bites and more when in Winterbourne. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I would suggest a group of 20 as a comfortable number for dining outside. Once things return to normal, a group of 30 may be possible.
