Frescana Mexican Bistro

We started with the Beyond and Veggie Vegan tacos. Both were good, with the Beyond taco being especially delicious. The Beyond meat was fried with a tasty sauce, and the veggies were all very fresh with the mushrooms standing out. The Daiya vegan cheese they use is not my favorite, so we requested it to be left out of the burrito. Unfortunately, there was an overwhelming amount of spinach in the burrito, making it somewhat bland in taste. The veggies were fresh and the mushrooms were good, but overall it lacked a strong flavor.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I am giving it 3 stars because I believe there are better Mexican vegan food options available nearby.

I've been here twice now and it's fantastic. I tried their WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) bowl with jackfruit and it was delicious. You can't go wrong with this option, and the portion size is generous.

Went with my family and would come again in a heartbeat. We got beyond tacos, enchiladas, and the WFGB. Everything was delicious!

The veggies were fresh, with the mushrooms standing out. The burrito had a lot of spinach, making up about 50% of the filling. Unfortunately, we asked for the Daiya vegan cheese to be excluded as we're not fans. Overall, the dish ended up tasting a bit bland, despite the fresh ingredients and good mushrooms.
