Costa Coffee - South Lanarkshire

Haven't got a clue what hot coffee is. Most of the time its luke warm. When you ask for coffee extra hot, they don't even listen. Going back and forth to finally get a hot coffee after the girls third attempt. Then when you get the coffee the toastie is cold.. Also the toasties you'd break you teeth on them. cheap bread, and tasteless. A couple of nice staff, but most are quite ignorant, don't even acknowledge your there. Disappointed customer.

We made a pit stop in Lanark for a coffee and found Costa in the bustling high street. The cappuccino we ordered was freshly made by the friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit.

Just got a small hot choc with marshmallow and cream and git charged £3.85. This is priced online for £2.85. Cant say the female behind the counter was very friend.

I visited this restaurant on New Year's Day and was greeted by the most rude server I have ever encountered. Her attitude towards customers was terrible, her demeanor was disgusting. I couldn't help but laugh when she pointed to a plate for me to place my money on, then proceeded to wipe her nose with the back of her hand. Her nails were too long for handling food, and I never saw her clean them. This server's lack of customer service did not do me or the other three customers any favors, and it certainly won't do you any favors either.

Located in the middle of the high street, this is the usual stereotypical Costa Coffee shop, no better no worse than others in the chain. Though must admit staff are about the friendliest in the chain
