Mcdonald's - South Lyon

ACE: Tonight we stopped by McDonald to make my son a smoothie. He doesn't feel good and has a sore throat. After I had ordered it and moved into the window, I realized I had a wallet, but no wallet. My son started crying. Ace, the gentleman who operated the window, said, do it, I got it. And he opened his own wallet and paid for it. Like a sunset for my daughter! What a generous and friendly person!!! Thank you, Ace.

The food was stopped for lunch, the food was delicious, properly prepared and served hot without any problems. Clean inside and outside including toilets! Many parking spaces can hinder the Tru traffic, securing from the parking lot.

The fastest drive through in South Lyon. Never had a problem with an order yet. I only go for breakfast. I did once have part of an egg shell in my food but that's pretty minor and at least it reminds us they use fresh eggs.

Decided to download and use the McDonalds app to order breakfast ahead for my arrival. When my order was input, the app explained I should submit, text them when I arrive, and THEN they would start making my order. I called the location to ask why I should use the app if they weren’t going to start my order until I got there. The employee explained the app would detect my arrival, start my order, and ask me which parking spot I was in. When we arrived, we were not detected, but I pressed “I’m already here” and told the app what space I was in. Surprisingly, the food came out three minutes later, and was delivered with a smile and professional demeanor.
