Bidra med feedbackI don't like to give negative feedback, but this Taco Bell has been hands down the worst of their franchises I've experienced. I'm disappointed because this is my new home town and I usually enjoy stopping in a taco bell. But now I go out of my way to avoid stopping here anymore because I know I'll be disappointed. Consistently very bad service and usually out of most things.
Drive through frequently takes way longer than average and then your food still isn't fresh. This has been going on for quite some time. Hard shells are always stale, soft tortillas are stale and usually over-grilled. The amazing thing is the amount of times I have gone back knowing this! After today's food I will only eat at Wixom, New Hudson, or Plymouth. Final time I waste $10 on two items that are inedible.
We ordered online around 6. We ordered in advance for pickup as we had a larger order. Not only was the order missing an item, the sort taco Supreme had what looked like a blacked slice of potato in it. The problem is, they don't make anything with those. Needless to sat we lost our appetites quickly. Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra to New Hudson.
Every single time….. Food quality is horrible, service times horrible, employees horrible, so form your own opinion from that. Don’t know how this place stay in business with the amount of times of people have complained to corporate about this location.
Don't bother, I came and ordered from the Kiosk wanting to pay cash at about 6:15 pm. It said wait for casher I stood for 15 minutes right up front prior to the guy asking me what I needed. That's when the order finally processed. At least 6 people have gotten there food since, then that came in after me. Not to mention the drive thru orders. 6:48 I finally hear them working on my order if I hadn't already paid I would have left. 6:50 is when they handed me my food and apologized for the wait. 35 minutes of irritation
