Rodolfo Pizzeria - South Plainfield

I recall that this restaurant was much better before the remodeling, but I'm not sure what has changed. I ordered the Chicken Romano and was greatly disappointed. The chicken was incredibly tough, and the yellow sauce they drizzled on it didn't enhance the flavor at all; it felt more like thin yellow water added to the tough chicken. The pizza was decent, but I remember it being better a few years ago.

I just picked up a chic parm sub, and it was quite disappointing. The bread was stale, and the roll was cut in half, which made it difficult to pick up without everything spilling out. I ended up having to eat it with a fork.

Delicious food and a perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends! There's no pressure to leave quickly.

I've gotten takeout a few times. I like the pizza and we've gotten a few pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the last time we ordered my sandwich did not have cheese. It happens! The young lady on the phone offered to deliver the new sandwich which was really nice. My husband told her that we can give the sandwich back but she said that we are not allowed to take anything back. The delivery person said that they needed it back because a lot of people do this. It was a little upsetting. I wasn't the one that made the mistake. I would hope they would want me to bring stuff to their attention since I'm a customer. So I dug it out of my garbage and gave it back. Overall the food is good and the employees were nice.

Overpriced, garbage, rude service, rude manager, bathrooms were disgusting and they racially discriminated against me and told me I’m not welcome due to the color of my skin. Overall not worth it, Cicios was a lot cleaner imo and a lot better and more affordable with better service. Even papa johns and dominos provide better service. Edit: it’s a public restroom dude. They aren’t even that clean anyways and I bought food too but never again since you don’t care about your customers
