Bidra med feedbackMy boyfriend and I had arrived to get two donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee. Upon seeing the massive line (picture shown), we decided to park for a minute and order online. We went to the mall across the street and after about 45 minutes, wecame back for our order. As my boyfriend went inside, the inside was guarded off with grab n go orders there, but not ours. Anemployee walked past him and left the premises (the photo with the last car in the line was the vehicle he hopped into) withoutasking if he needed anything I found that so rude, unless it was his shift ending. When an employee had finally seen myboyfriend, he told them the order and due to the long wait time and them not making any hot food, the lady who had helped inthrew in four extra donuts for us. Afterwards, though, I had gotten a black, curly hair in my mouth from one of the donuts myboyfriend is blonde/ginger and I am ginger; it wasn?t our hair. I was thoroughly grossed out and would never like to come backto this location.
Like a lot of the other reviews, I will say that this location used to be at least decent not that long ago, but recently is suffering from a case of who gives a s . Lobby is rarely open, consistently understaffed by people who clearly couldn 'tcare less and every car in the drive thru is an extra 4 or 5 minute wait in line (no exaggeration). I am a twice a day Dunkincustomer for over 20 years and I will now drive an extra 4 miles on my lunch break to avoid this location.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely unfriendly, particularly the young female manager with blonde hair who was about 25 years old. After buying a coffee, I sat in their parking lot for a minute to check my food delivery driver apps while smoking a cigarette. She rudely asked me to move so that other customers could park, even though there was only one other car in the lot. Most of the staff seemed to have trouble understanding English, and all of my drinks were made incorrectly. Despite Google saying they closed at 7pm, I discovered upon arrival that they actually closed at 5:30pm. Overall, the customer service was terrible and there were long wait times.
This restaurant consistently offers a challenging experience, as you never know if your order will be correct or if you will have to wait over 30 minutes for just one item. The local management team unfortunately does not pay their staff a competitive wage, resulting in a chronic understaffing issue at this store. This has led to one of the worst experiences you can have at a Dunkin' Donuts, but at least it is consistently disappointing.
Recently, I ordered for pick-up, arrived 20 minutes later, and my order was not ready. Although they eventually prepared my order, they forgot some of the items. It wasn't until I noticed a pink receipt with my name on it that I realized my order had been sitting there for 50 minutes. I brought this to their attention and waited an additional 15 minutes for a refund because they were out of the items I ordered. During this process, an employee blamed me for taking the pink receipt and causing the delay in my order.
