I personally work here, been here for about 6mo or so I always make sure our cookies are fresh! We know no one wants a hard cookie! If you happen to ever experience getting a hard cookie like this bring it to our attention we will be gladly to replace your item! We love our customers and want you to come back. I don't normally have any bad reviews and this is more of a warning post, but I also want to be honest on star ratings too. I brought my kids here to have a little snack to hold them over until we went to dinner. One got an ice cream had no interest in the cookies) and one got a brownie. The gentleman working was very nice but he was an older man and moved pretty slow and asked multiple times what we wanted. I'm in no way meaning to knock that, just warning if you are in a hurry you may be waiting a bit. Unfortunately the food wasn't any good, literally. The brownie was hard as a rock and tasted stale and the ice cream.... tasted of spoiled milk! It wasn't mentioned until a few minutes after we got it when my child told me it was no longer wanted and tasted funny. I tried it and funny is not the word I would use! It was definitely spoiled and awful. As I said this is more of a warning review to just be sure to try what you buy before walking away because it may not be what you or the kids were expecting!
The woman who finally waited on me over charged me for everything and made excuses why she couldn’t give me a receipt. Said the “Big Boss” turned off the paper because it was being wasted. I tried telling her that I watched her charge me for more cookies then I ordered and where I paid with a credit card I should’ve received a receipt. I asked her to refund the order and do it again and give me a receipt and I was informed she couldn’t do that. She then said next time ask for one before My purchase is started. My question was if your receipt paper is shut off how would it work? She just stared at me. I used to go there all the time…. So sad I won’t be going back.
