I really enjoy the food, but the restaurant has a vibe that feels like it's on its last legs. They were out of basic supplies like napkins and glasses. The tables were sticky and not properly cleaned. The waiter did his best, but he seemed drained and began nearly every interaction with an apology. I think I’ll just stick to takeout from now on.

They don't actually accept reservations, so I wouldn't recommend booking a table here. I chose this restaurant specifically because it advertised a reservation option, which turned out to be nonexistent. I was left with no alternatives.

The lunch specials are a great value. The salad is generous. The pizza choices are unlimited and the pizza size is quite generous especially for the thin crust. Desserts are excellent although a little pricey. They could easily be split between two people.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the hostess informed me that they do not accept reservations. She mentioned that they are having issues removing the Open Table feature from their website. The wait was 45 minutes, and since we had a flight to catch—which is why we made the reservation in the first place—we had to leave. This experience makes us question the value of making a reservation through Open Table if restaurants do not honor them.

I requested a glass of ice for my soda, but it never arrived. I also asked for extra sour cream, and that didn't come either!
