Such a great family atmosphere, 50% all the time so don’t be fooled by the menu. Kids love coming here to try new rolls. Great service!

The appetizers, soups, main courses, and sushi rolls are consistently fantastic.

We placed our order online, and when we arrived at Ichiban to pick it up, it was all set and waiting for us. We really wished we could have stayed, as the atmosphere looked lovely!

This is the best sushi in Utah! The Hidden Dragon Roll is exceptional, and the staff are extremely friendly. We go out of our way just to enjoy this sushi.

The Paradise roll, Fire Kiss roll, and Honolulu roll are my top choices. Everything is delicious! It tends to be busy, but I understand why. The food and service are excellent! The sushi is reasonably priced compared to many other sushi restaurants. I love dining here, and my kids enjoy it too!
