Pat's Bbq - South Salt Lake

Order some spare ribs and brisket flat cuts. Both of them were not well seasoned as they tasted. They were tender overall and smokey, yet lacked some moisture. That being said, I still like the BBQ there. The price was very reasonable. And the staff was friendly.

The new location doesn't have the same atmosphere as the previous location, not as much fun. Food was real good bbq, but coleslaw not so much.

They were closed for dining room service, but took our phone order to-go. Terrific staff, amazing food. Our highest recommendation!

I have tried the State Street location twice, underwhelmed to say the least. Sandwiches each time were either served less than warm and once the meat was, well, more fatty then meat. The original place has always been good so I'm guessing different management and cook staffs?

Love Pat's BBQ. I couldn't eat anymore on the 2 meat platter. Not the person behind the counters fault or the cook staff. But they could have used just 1 more person helping take orders or run them out.
