Honestly phenomenal food. Took us by surprise as we stumbled upon the place by accident on a random drive this evening. Highly recommended! I’m going back to try the surf and turf next week, the Cajun chicken burger and linguine we had today was so good. We even tried the mackerel pate, I’m not usually fan of fish but this was incredibly moreish. I revisited this charming old pub after 20 years and was pleased to find it just as fantastic as I remembered. The price per person is very reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10. The service was top-notch, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5 out of 5.
