The food was nice but was totaly over charged unless it costs £15.00 for a couple of poppadoms and a coke didnt relise till it was 2 late id eat there again but id want a proper look at my bill

Lived in South Shields for many years but now in Scotland ,this was a pub we used many moons ago ,and now a wonderful Indian restaurant,was a great meal with great service,very pleasant staff,the food was superb ,would highly recommend to all.

What a find this was ,gotta give it ago of you are in the area,From entering to leaving it was fantastic,the greeting,the choice of food,the waiters and finally the food

We had a lovely family meal for my parent’s anniversary. Food, staff and service were great. They really went the extra mile to make it a special occasion. Thank- you!

First ever visit last night and highly impressed. Have used Ocean Road for the last 40 years but no longer this is now my go to Indian restaurant
