Dairy Queen - South Windsor

The girl who took care of me gave me excellent service!! She brought everything right to me. This place is kind of pricey but the food was good and hot. Almost 4 dollars for a small dipped cone!

I had a absolutely horrible experience at this diary queen recently. I went through the drive thru to only to helped by a extremely rude employee which I believe his name is Jason. Very rude in the drive through and when I finally pulled up to thewindow I waited over 5 minutes just for them to open the window and take my payment. Not only was my food cold, my sundaes werepractically soup and when I asked to have my sundaes remade I got a nasty look and it took them over another 5 minutes to remaketwo sundaes. Not to mention all the employees standing around on their phones doing nothing and just chatting with each other.Do not come to this diary queen location unless you want horrible service and horrible food.

Horrible customer service. Place has gone down hill. Cashier acted as if they could care less and took 20 minutes to get a simple sundae. Other employees standing around doing nothing. Avoid this place.

Getting pricey, but I guess that's the case everywhere. Portions for the tenders meal is very good and my burger was not big, but appropriately sized. Also, for a burger that was jammed full of stuff it was very well put together, kudos to the staff. Also, 3 meals and 2 blizzards were ready quicker than expected, and they're not too stingy with the sauce.

Ordered a hot dog with light mustard cheese curds and a beverage. Hot dog was over cooked.
