Carvel - Southampton

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and it exceeded my expectations. I decided to try it out because my usual gelato spot's machine was broken, and I really enjoyed my experience there.

Great ice cream; worst service I?ve experienced anywhere. Between the eye rolls, attitudes and rudeness we definitely felt unwelcomed and promise we wont be back.

The serving sizes at this restaurant are a little smaller compared to what you would get in New York City.

The service at this restaurant is fast and efficient. The ice cream is consistently delicious.

Customer service ????????????????. Evelyn went above and beyond on my order tonight. The store was closed and she took our order still. She offered suggestions on what to get. Thank you so much Evelyn. It was much appreciated. All the best!
